The Vancouver Apneist Club is organizing a special FREEDIVING ROAD TRIP to the SECHELT AREA

WHO - Vancouver Apneist Freediving Club members and guests
WHAT - Freediving Weekend Trip
WHERE - Sechelt area - Dive Sites: Tuwanek, Cooper’s Green. Both of these sites boast plentiful sea life and interesting contour. There is an option to visit one of many other dive sites in the area, time permitting.
WHEN - Saturday/Sunday, September 10-11. Departing Horseshoe Bay ferry 7:25am.

Ogden Point Breakwater Dive

The club's annual trip to the Ogden Point Breakwater in Victoria will be on August 27th. For those just
wanting to do a day trip of it, this would involve a 10am ferry to make a 12:20 gathering time at the Breakwater. Factoring in dive times, change times and a meal at Santiago's, we'd be good for a return on the
7pm ferry.

Ogden Point Dive Trip

The Vancouver Apneist Club is going to Victoria! We'll be catching the 7am ferry on Saturday and gather at the Ogden Point Breakwater at around 10am. Some of us will be going back that day and some will be returning to Vancouver on Sunday.

Ogden point is a great place for beginner and expert freedivers alike. Bull kelp and acorn barnacles in the shallows, wolf eels at depth and swimming scallops in between.

Please join us! Use the contact page to arrange carpooling to and from the ferry and if you need to borrow any equipment.

Victoria Dive Trip

The Vancouver Apneist Club is going to Victoria. We'll be catching the 7am ferry on Saturday and, weather permitting, dive the Ogden Point Breakwater at around 10am. Some of us will be going back that day and some will be returning to Vancouver on Sunday.

Ogden Point Breakwater Dive

We'll be taking the 7am ferry to Victoria to dive the Ogden Point Breakwater on Saturday, June 6th. Last year's dive brought 18 freedivers out of the woodwork. Join us to see if we can make this year's event even bigger!

On July 26th, several members of the Vancouver Apneists boarded the 7am ferry to Victoria. Our aim was to dive the famous Ogden Point breakwater. At the breakwater we were joined by several other divers from Victoria and Saltspring Island. In all we had 16 freedivers in the water. It was the best attended club event so far.
